Poydras Home is launching a new customer portal through Versapay for our families' convenience. The portal will allow residents and/or families to create an online account to view invoices, open balances, and make online payments. We are excited to announce that in addition to the ACH payment option which we currently offer, we will also offer credit card payment options, although surcharges will apply. Additionally, customers will be able to update payment information as needed as well as pay from multiple sources.
Be on the lookout for an email invitation to create your new account. Simply click on the “Pay Now” button when you receive your monthly invoice and follow the steps to create your new Poydras Home billing account.
