Equipping farmers to build resilient farms and communities.
Our photos of the week come from Mel Konrad of Cumming, Iowa. After watching Tom Wind's field day on working with neighbors to integrate livestock, Mel was flying near Jefferson and felt inclined to find Tom's farm from his plane.

Click either photo to enlarge. See if you can spot the where the laying flock has been and where the cows are now.

If you're familiar with PFI, you probably know about our annual printed field day guide. With our season going virtual this year, you might have been wondering whether we still planned to print copies of the guide.

The answer is yes! If you're a PFI member, the guide will be mailed to you automatically, and should be arriving in your mailbox soon. (If you're not a member, join today!)

Rifle through more than 60 PFI events and several friend-of-PFI events.

Take a quick break from farm work throughout the summer to virtually gather and socialize with other beginning and aspiring farmers.

Our purpose is to create a supportive upbeat space for farmers to share and connect during these times of uncertainty. Build your farming network and learn from others who have similar (or different!) farm ventures than you.
