In the past, PFI trials have looked at the growth of broccoli and head lettuce in the Iowa summer heat, but in 2019 the trial focus was on cabbages. How would this heat-tolerant vegetable perform in Iowa’s humidity?

Three farms compared four cabbage varieties Caraflex, Capture, Farao, and Primo Vantageto determine which performed best, in yield and quality, on their farms.
