Welcome to 2021. It is hard to believe January is almost over.
Construction in the community is at an all-time high. As we approach 75% build-out, we will begin bringing on homeowners to serve on committees and the Board of Directors. Details of this transition and applications will be mailed out soon. Please consider serving the community as a committee or board member.

Community Updates:
  • Common area: Ornamental grasses, shrubs, and trees are being pruned as needed.
  • Porter: The porter service empties the pet waste stations and collects the trash in the common areas.
  • Pool: Even while to pool is not open; the pool has to be maintained. Gold Medal will be replacing a filter on the splash pad in the next 7 -10 days.
  • Electrical: A new electric meter at Elk Grove has been a struggle with the City of Frisco. We continue to work on this installation.

Community Standards:
As we approach the end of January, this is a gentle reminder that lights and decor must be removed within 30 days of the holiday. Please remember to take down holiday lights and lawn decor to avoid any violation.

Other Common Violations to Avoid:
  • Trash/Recycle cans must be stored behind a fence or in the garage, out of public view of any street, alley, or adjacent property.
  • Unapproved architectural modification. All exterior changes must be approved before work is started.
  • Landscape neglect such as weeds, tall grass, and dead trees.
  • Sports equipment such as basketball goals should be located in the property's rear and approved before placement.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns please let me know and I will be happy to help!

Sincerely,
Jamie Patterson

Doo-ty Calls
Pet Owners DOO the right thing.
Picking up after your furry friend is not a fun job, but it is a very important responsibility. It is tempting to skip the task, but this is bad for the environment and public health. So do your public DOO-ty and place pet waste in the trash or pet waste stations found around the community.
