Community Updates

The Management team continues to work with our vendor partners to improve the community. Here are a few of the projects currently in process.
  • Holiday Decor-The Holiday decor has been removed. CCMC has begun working with vendors to obtain bids for 2020 Holiday decor. Decor will include some of the most requested items for the community.
  • Entry Lighting-Repairs and replacement of the landscape lighting at the entries has begun.
  • Fire Damage-A small fire damaged some of the landscape near the Amenity Center. We are already seeing new growth on the plants and they should come back. The landscape team freshened up the area and is looking better.
  • Trash Update- Trash during construction has been a continuous issue. The association has contracted with a porter service to empty the pet waste stations and pick up trash throughout the community. Please help us keep Prairie View looking good by doing your part to keep trash in the proper bags/containers, stored properly with lids and stored in the proper locations.

Community Compliance

Thank you for your compliance with community standards. We hope that momentum continues as we will be more actively enforcing policy and standards compliance. Our goal and wish are to partner with you to maintain the integrity and beauty of your community.  The Community Manager will complete a compliance drive every Wednesday. Notices of violations will be email and mailed within 24 hours of the inspection. When a violation is cured, the manager will closed the notice with no further action required. If a violation continues, additional notices will be issued and fines may be incurred per the governing documents. All violations seen will be issued a notice. Some of the most common infractions are:
  • Trash/recycle bins not stored from public view. Bins must be stored in garage or behind a fence on non-trash days.
  • Commercial vehicle, water crafts and trailer parking. Commercial vehicles, water crafts, trailers, and RVs are not permitted.
  • Landscape maintenance- weeds in turf and in flower beds and tree rings.
  • Missing or dead trees- two trees are required
  • Unapproved architectural changes- all exterior changes must be approved.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if I can assist you with any Association related questions or concerns.
