"What's a Girl to Do?" wins "Best Screenplay"

from the Christian Worldview Film Festival

One of Many Awards

THANK YOU JESUS.

"He wrote the script, I just lived it."

-Janet Porter

"All the credit, the honor, and the glory goes to Jesus Christ, the author and the giver of life.

He's also the producer of the movie of our life. And if we make Him the director, we get to live out His script.

The 'What's a Girl to Do?' movie is about how we passed the nation's first ban on Partial Birth Abortion and got the idea for the Heartbeat Bill to ensure if a heartbeat's detected, the baby's protected, which has saved stadiums full of children every year in 15 states and counting. Praise the Lord.

THE HOOK? I actually fell in love with the son of the woman who killed our bill. Sort of like dating the son of Nancy Pelosi.

It's a romantic comedy with purpose.

I want to say thanks to Pastor Phil and his team for this God-centered Film Festival. And a special thanks to Alex and Stephen Kendrick for blazing the trail so the rest of us could follow.

And as I told more than 200 members of Congress, 'We're gonna end abortion.'"

HELP US MAKE IT

Janet Porter receives the "Best Screenplay" Award at the Christian Worldview Film Festival on Friday, March 14, 2025.

It's a National Campaign to win America back to life.

That's the goal of this romantic comedy with the backdrop of how the nation's first ban on Partial Birth Abortion was passed. Featuring some of the same characters from the award-winning "What's a Girl to Do?" sitcom, which aired on the PTL Network last year.

It has been a long time in the making, but the time to produce it is now. Will you help us make this film to win the heart of America back to life?
