True Apostolic Worship

“Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him” (Psalm 2:11-12).

Following are four teaching truths for apostolic worship:

1.     Practice reverential fear in your worship towards God.

  • Gird up your thoughts and affections to be brought under subjection to intimate worship.
  • Practice transparency with God during this time. Be willing to worship God with emotional transparency.
  • Make God responsible for meeting all of your needs. Even the ones that family, church members and others fail to meet in your life.

2.     Focus on God’s greatness today.

  • Practice the discipline of placing the greatness of God’s character above every impossible scenario you face today
  • Set your goals for today on the basis of his greatness and not the limitations of your resources.
  • Find scriptures to exalt God’s greatness while facing the reality of your circumstances and quote them out loud.

3.     Practice humility by bowing your issues, goals and pressing matters to God’s presence.

  • Create disciplined thoughts of bringing disturbing or concerned issues under God’s Word.
  • Where you place a higher priority over His presence than the prevailing issues surrounding you. Practice loving his presence more than the issues you are responsible for.
  • Practice surrendering worship to issues you are not in control of.
  • Speak and declare out loud the sovereignty of God in your present circumstances.

4.     Mix your faith in God’s love with His judgements when worshipping Him.

  • Practice worship with the intent to obey God’s Word no matter what.
  • Renew your convictions with intimacy obedience according to Psalm 15:4.
  • Focus on the goodness and mercies of God through His judgements.

A Revival of Real Praying Would

Produce A Spiritual Revolution

We have to invest time in prayer, according to the WORD, in order to obtain the directions that we are so desperately seeking from God.

We often become disillusioned before we get our answer. We are inquiring of God, and the Bible says in John 4:24,  God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit … ”

Therefore:

“For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the FLESH; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the SPIRIT” (Romans 8:5).

In Principle We Must:

“This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh” (Galatians 5:16).

“But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law” (Galatians 5:18).

“If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit” (Galatians  5:25).

Whatever is obtainable from God sometimes come through spiritual warfare prayer. (Luke 1:37)

Pray:

  • that we linger until the Spirit begins to intercede for us with groanings too deep for words. (Romans 8:26)
  • that we will build ourselves on our most holy faith, praying in the Spirit. (Jude 1:20)
  • that we will move from a word of prayer, a moment of prayer, a minute of prayer, and enter into seasons of prayer. (Romans 12:12)
  • that we will commune with God without ceasing- an attitude of prayer and God-consciousness. (I Thessalonians 5:17; Psalm 109:4)
  • that we will live righteously and pray fervently. (James 5:16; Colossians 4:12).
  • that we will set our mind on higher things, and not on the   things around us. (Colossians 3:2)

The World Network of Prayer Presents

24/7 WATCH: A Year-Round Initiative for 24/7 Prayer

As of January 1, 2023, WNOP has continued the 24/7 prayer and fasting chain worldwide. It has been such a great success in 2022 that it was requested again. Each week WNOP is posting a prayer focus as daily prayer for the entire week. Also, weekly a video is posted on the WNOP Facebook Page of a prayer leader and/or minister leading in periodic prayer.

Many people throughout the world have signed up by committing in their hearts unto God that they will consistently join together in united prayer and fasting. WNOP also has partnered with those in local churches who are already a part of a current 24-hour prayer chain. All of these hours of consecration are culminating to help provide a complete mass prayer covering over the entire Church body and to help bring greater success in all that we do in Christ! Together, let’s “watch and pray” and behold great and mighty things in the kingdom of God! Let’s prevail over the enemy with victory and declare, “Not on My Watch!”

HOPE Ministry

A ministry for our beloved prodigals and we who love them, will once again pray beginning April 1 through June 29. We will pray and very loosely follow the daily topics of the book, Prayers For Prodigals, by Dr. James Banks for 90 Days.

There will be daily posts with prayers. Follow on IG or FB @Hope2Hope15.

High Hope Ministries

A ministry founded by two former prodigals who have been prayed home. No one can relate to another’s pain unless they have walked a similar road. This ministry is to prodigals, however families of prodigals are getting help just by being able to talk out their feelings to Dustin Long and Tim Heard, who have a heart for hurting people.

We thank God for this needed ministry that is now part of HOPE. Years ago, it may have seemed this was anything but possible, but God always has a plan. He opens doors in His timing.

Follow HHM on FaceBook @ High Hope Ministries and IG @ high_hope_ministries.
