The world will direct you to places or pills for peace, but as believers, we have the advantage of knowing where to find the peace that passes all understanding. Why don't we spend more time there?

A meaningful prayer doesn't have to be formal or scripted. You don't have to kneel, close your eyes, or even be in church to pray. You don't have to pray on a schedule.
