The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all;

Hurricane Update
As we keep an eye on Hurricane Dorian's path, we are praying for everyone's safety. Check Tomoka's website and social media on Friday for updates about weekend services.
From The Pastor
Wins of the Week
The DeLand campus had a wonderful time connecting with people during the community party last Saturday. Families who came out enjoyed food, yard games, water slides and more. Thank you to everyone who took time out of their weekend to serve at the event. We are extremely grateful for your willingness to make a difference in the community. If you live in the DeLand area and would like to learn more, check out the DeLand campus' website at the link below.
A ministry that Tomoka supports in southern Mexico is doing a phenomenal job at advancing God's Kingdom. They recently offered evangelism classes in three different locations in order to teach people how to talk about Jesus with others. They also talked about Jesus on a radio program that was broadcast to numerous people, worked with children who live in hard to reach areas of the country and more.

Your generous donations to our missions fund each week allow us to bless these ministries with the resources they need in order to continue spreading God's love. If you would like to bless ministries all over the world, you may donate to our missions fund at the link below.
Around Campus
Don Sunshine Ministries will be hosting the Make a Difference Live Event from 1:30-5:30 PM Sunday, Sept. 29 in the Worship Center. This free class will help you overcome your fears, in order to share your faith more naturally. The Southern State of Mind food truck will also be on campus with meals available to purchase.   If you're ready to step out of your comfort zone, and learn how to share God's Word with others more easily, sign up at the link below.
A great opportunity is coming up for anyone thinking about going on a mission trip. Short-Term Mission Trips Weekend is happening the weekend of Sept. 14-15 at all three campuses. This will give you the chance to learn more about upcoming trips in 2020, so you can find one that is the right fit for you.
