Years ago, Hockley sustained an injury which left him permanently disabled. He began investigating ways to improve his situation. One day, he attended a Christian Science lecture that transformed his life and health. He is now a Christian Science practitioner and member of the Christian Science Board of Lectureship. This lecture was sponsored by the Christian Science Churches & Societies in Ojai, Solvang & Ventura.
