Pre-Halloween Event on the Farm this Saturday, 10am-3pm!

Join us for local food, live music, and family festivities!

Gather friends and family for our pre-Halloween event on the farm this Saturday, 10/29, from 10am-3pm! Costumes encouraged and rewarded! We'll have food from local hometown restaurant, Heirloom of Weston, live music, fresh produce, family activities, and more! No sign-up required. Celebrate the last day of the regular season at the farmstand with us - rain or shine! If the parking lot is full, please park across the street at the Rec. Center.

Swing by the farmstand for fall favorites! We've got carving pumpkins, pie pumpkins, winter produce like squash, potatoes, carrots, etc., frozen grass-fed beef from Bascom Hollow Farm... AND...NEW to the farmstand...farm fresh eggs from Walden Local!

Last Call for Farm 2 Fork Tickets!

Thursday, Nov. 3rd, 5:30pm-8pm 

$100 Members / $120 Non-Members

Cambridge based Vincent's, a Modern American restaurant and scratch kitchen, returns to the farm to prepare a delicious meal featuring our winter produce. Experience a fall evening dining at our new barn with a fire pit and heat lamps to keep you warm. BYOB and add to our seasonal mixer, enjoy passed apps, and catch up with friends. Dinner will be served buffet style with tables available for dining. Menu details TBD (vegetarian options available). We hope to see you there!

EDUCATION

Open Farm Yard Ends This Wednesday, 10/26, 3pm-5pm!

Join Land’s Sake Farm educators for the final open farmyard of the season this Wednesday, 10/26, from 3pm-5pm. We'll have activities including stories, picking and planting in the Education Garden, exploring the chicken coop and more! This is a free program for young children and caregivers. Activities are geared for ages 2.5 through 7, but children of all ages are welcome to participate. Come for one activity or stay for the full two hours! A schedule will be posted near the parking lot at the beginning of each session.

Leave your Personalized Legacy at the Farm

Create a personalized legacy or tribute for someone you love. Examples include having your family's name engraved a river rock placed in the rain garden by the barn, naming an education garden, or having a small plaque placed on picnic table or special bench. Love the bunnies, or the chickens, or the education garden? We have something for you as well!

These make wonderful gifts. Visit us in the Spring to see all of the legacies. Proceeds benefit Land’s Sake Farm and our Grow with Us Campaign.

Smash it Don't Trash it. Compost Your Pumpkins at the Farm!

Rather than throw your pumpkins out with the trash, please consider dropping them off in one of our compost bins. The bins will be available starting this weekend through November 6th. Carved pumpkins welcome, however nothing with paint (not compost friendly). Thank you!
