Shooters...

This is the shoot we all wait for...pre-registration is open for the MAINE STATE SPORTING CLAYS CHAMPIONSHIPS.

It is VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THIS ENTIRE EMAIL.

Scarborough Fish & Game is proud to host the 2025 Maine State Sporting Clays Championships starting on Thursday, June 26 - Sunday, June 29. The Maine State Championship (Main event) will run Friday - Sunday, all other events will run Thursday - Sunday. This shoot will be European start for all extra events (woods course & sub gauge courses are both open 8am - 3pm all days) and you will register for the days you wish to shoot, similar to our recent events. You can shoot the events in any order you wish. When you are ready to shoot the Main event, we will assign a referee to go with your squad, and they will stay with you for the entire course; you will sign up for the day/time you wish to shoot the Main event at the club (but please indicate the day in your ScoreChaser registration when you pick the event, so we can plan for judges).

The 100 target events (on the woods course):

Pelletier Memorial Prelim, Super Sporting 100, Fluff 100, and Maine State Championship

The 50 target events (on the sub gauge course):

12 gauge, 12 gauge fluff 50, super sporting 50,

20 gauge, 28 gauge, .410 bore, pump, and side x side

SCORECHASER.COM

As you know, we are now putting all our shoots up on ScoreChaser.com. It is easy to create a free account. We strongly urge all our shooters to go out and create a FREE account and become familiar with the ScoreChaser.com website. If you are having trouble creating an account on ScoreChaser, please reach out to their technical support. Need help creating your ScoreChaser account, go to ScoreChaser’s Tutorial Video.

REGISTER

Please use ScoreChaser.com. On ScoreChaser, if you have an NSCA number, please type it into the NSCA ID field (and press enter) when registering - it will automatically pull all your information from the NSCA database and load your class information. Please be sure to select the day(s) you are shooting (once you click the event you are registering for, it gives you the Option of Thursday - Sunday; except for the Main event which will show Friday - Sunday...this helps us for judges for the Main event and planning for food). If you use ScoreChaser to register for events outside of Maine, please use ScoreChaser to register for our events. All events are European start (no pre-squadding, you will squad yourself).

REGISTERING MULTIPLE SHOOTERS

We've had some questions about how to register multiple shooters on ScoreChaser. Go in and register yourself (if you have an NSCA number, be sure to put that in the proper field on the first page). When you get to the payment page (no payment is due until you get to the club to register in), at the bottom next to the "REGISTER" button, please click "+REGISTER ANOTHER SHOOTER". You will need to do that for each shooter you wish to register. Also, since there is no pre-squadding for this event, DO NOT fill out the squadding information - filling out the squadding information, does NOT register additional shooters in.

If you are registering someone after you have already sent in your registration, go back to the main page of our shoot. Below the green button "My Registration" on that main page, click "+REGISTER ANOTHER SHOOTER".

LUNCH

Lunch will be available all four days.

AMMO

We have plenty of ammo for sale at all of our events. GOLF CARTS We have a limited number of golf carts. You can reserve one under "Amenities" on ScoreChaser. If a cart does not show available, on ScoreChaser, on the day you wish to rent one, it means they are sold out for that day.

PUBLIC RECREATIONAL SPORTING CLAYS OPEN

A reminder that Wednesday (9am - 3pm) sporting clays and Sunday (9am - 2pm) sporting clays are open to the public (on non tournament Sundays). Public sporting clays will be CLOSED the Wednesday prior to the State Shoot so that we can finish setup.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone for this year's Maine State Sporting Clays Championships.

Can't wait to see you on the range!
