Time is quickly running out to register for the 2022 Out & Equal Workplace Summit! The final deadline to register is Monday, October 3.
The Pre-Workplace Summit schedule is out!

Our Pre-Summit programming is available to all in-person and e-Pass attendees. The program will also be hosted on our virtual platform. Highlights include:

  • Engaging Networking Sessions
  • Programming for Parents of LGBTQ+ Kids, LGBTQ+ People of Color, Bi+, Transgender, and Nonbinary Communities 
  • Critical Conversations around Global Issues 

Pre-Summit will feature a Virtual Career Fair on Thursday, October 13 from 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM (PT) and 9:30 am – 12:00 pm (PT). Career fair attendees will receive a pass to our virtual platform, where they can engage with more than 1,000 recruiters and company representatives from over 200 major companies representing dozens of industries. If you are already registered to attend Summit, the Career Fair is included in your registration. Virtual (e-pass) and in-person registration options available here.  

And be sure to check out our Practitioners Leadership Labs, a pre-conference day for ERG/BRG leaders and DEI professionals to do a deep dive on key LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion issues and learn from best practices from hands-on leaders from Fortune 500 organizations.
