Pre-Thanksgiving Wine Pairing Turkey Dinner November 2nd

Let us help you select the perfect wine to go with your Thanksgiving dinner!


Chefs George & Sarah are creating a traditional PGC turkey dinner to give you a chance to pair the perfect wine.


Join us on Thursday, November 2nd for a traditional turkey dinner paired with three wines carefully selected by Prairie Grass Cafe's sommelier, Pierre Lasserre. The wines can be ordered that night to be picked up on Thanksgiving (or before) with your Turkey Dinner from Prairie Grass!


Call Prairie Grass Cafe at (847) 205-4433 to make a reservation for anytime on Thursday, November 2nd (5-8pm). You must specify that you are reserving for the turkey dinner when making your reservation. Reservations for the pre-Thanksgiving dinner will be taken up to Tuesday, October 31st or until we sell out!


You are welcome to add onto your meal by ordering appetizers, desserts, additional cocktails, etc. Just let your server know.

Pierre was born and raised in Auch, a small town in the south of France, famous for being the birthplace of the legendary D'Artagnan and Three Musketeers.

Pierre worked as a Matre D’hôtel for 3 Michelin Stars restaurant Michel Guerard in Eugenie Les Bains prior to his move to Chicago in 1989 and joining the opening team at The Four Seasons Hotel.

After a long career with Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton Hotels, Pierre is thrilled to join Prairie Grass Cafe, going back to his lifelong passion for providing great service and amazing food and wine experiences.
