Precious Heritage News!

Dear Partners and friends,

Greetings in the most precious name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ!

We hope and pray that your day was filled with God’s love, peace and joy while you were surrounded by loved ones who enrich you in every way. We thank God for your life for being a blessing to Precious Heritage in partnering with us in this noble service.

Yes, it is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High… Psalms 92:1

PH Children’s Home

I would like to thank God for answering our prayers to construct our children’s lounge even before the pandemic time. We built this project to give privacy to our children during their personal study time, discipleship, group Bible studies and group sessions. After five (5) years, the Lord granted our request and had given us a wonderful place beyond our dream and imagination. Thank God!

We sincerely thank God for the people behind the completion of this project who sacrifice a lot by sharing their resources to us for the sake of the children in our care. We give a special mention to Mr. Kenneth Compton and First Presbyterian Church Spartanburg for their wholehearted devotion to make this project possible. They did not stop sending funds to us until this wonderful project has been completed. Praise God!

Our wards are now enrolled again in their respective universities. We have five (5) wards enrolled in Senior High School and three (3) in College. Praise God that Antony, Justine and Baby Flor successfully graduated Senior High School with distinction.

PH Christian School

Precious Heritage Christian School opened its first semester this academic year 2024-2025 last July 15, 2024. We have approximately over 300 students including 27 wards from our residential facility and 53 scholarship recipients from less privilege families in the community. We thank God for giving us an opportunity to bless these children with better educational opportunities to transform their lives out of poverty when they finish their desired courses.

PHCS just celebrated Nutrition Day this year. Different class levels from preschool to Junior High School level competed with each other as they presented their own healthy food animation. They greatly enjoyed the series of fun and engaging activities. Nutrition day encourages everyone to make informed decisions about their diet and health.

Making children involved in celebrating this significant event increases their awareness regarding the importance of healthy eating habits.

PH Relief Distribution Program

We thank God again for this great opportunity given to us to provide for the needs of the families living in the streets of Manila. We gathered around 100 families and children from Tondo and Sta Cruz, Manila and distributed the food and school supplies granted by Tulong Palasyo Program from Malacañang. Everyone who came gladly received the items full of fun, laughter, happiness and thanksgiving to God for His generous provision.

PRAYER CONCERN

Please help us pray for the following urgent needs at PH Children's Home:

  • We are praying for scholarship assistance of our wards who just enrolled in the university taking Senior High School.
  • We are still in need of 3 brand new or second hand laptops for our older wards.
  • We are also praying for generous persons or groups who can donate us with 7 kg. washing machine, electric fans, study tables and water mineralizer.

We also thank God for everyone who are continually praying and supporting our calling to help the children in need. We appreciate every act and deed you have extended through this ministry.

I desire to conclude this report by saying thank you for allowing us to serve people in need because of you! Though we know that you are also taking care of your own burdens but you did not fail to still help the children in need. It has been a rewarding and refreshing service to God. He is working in us and we must stay focused in Him! For we know that God will continue to work in and through us to accomplish his purposes, both for us and for those we’ve been called for to serve in Jesus’ name.

May the Lord bless you always for sharing your lives and resources!

To God be the glory!

In Christ’s service,
