Location: Northern California

The Company provides high precision engineering and manufacturing of OEM parts, from design and prototype to small to mid-volume production. In addition, it offers design and manufacturing of special fixtures for automation, assembly, inspection and tests including devices for IC tests.

Customers come from a wide range of industries including semiconductor equipment, robotic automation, precision optics, scientific and medical instruments. 

Upon a sale, two of the three owners will remain for an extended period of time to work with a new owner. The third owner will retire when the transaction is finalized.
