New UE Document

ID Interface

Function: Regarding the SEMP Regulation Changes effective 1/2/2024, PrecisionCare has added an agency rule (When set to Yes this will round up a unit if the time remaining to make a unit is greater than 9) for rounding up for billable service units. In addition, we have added the new allowable billable services to the SEMP Staff Action Plan area.

Area 1: ID Case Records –> Menu -> Billing -> Supported Employment (Intensive/Extended) -> Select Service -> Print -> If Agency Rule set to Yes, the Billing Report will round up a unit if the time remaining to make a unit is greater than 9

Area 2: ID Case Records –> Menu -> Staff Action Plans -> Supported Employment SAP -> Create SAP -> Add Habilitative Goals -> Select appropriate Allowable Service (new allowable services have been added to all sites)

Function: PrecisionCare has added the Procedure Code and Modifier to the MillinPro export and a new KEY and Billing value shading to the Printed Billing Report

Area 1: ID Case Records -> Menu -> Billing -> select one of the following Billing Reports: Supported Employment, Community Habilitation, Community Habilitation-Residential (CH-R), Day Habilitation, Prevocational Services- Site Based and Community Based, Pathway to Employment, Hourly Respite or Support Brokerage

 -> Export to Millin -> Procedure and Modifier columns display

Area 2: ID Case Records -> Menu -> Billing -> select one of the following Billing Reports: Supported Employment, Community Habilitation, Community Habilitation-Residential (CH-R), Day Habilitation, Prevocational Services- Site Based and Community Based, Pathway to Employment, Hourly Respite or Support Brokerage -> Print -> Note shaded value and new Key at the bottom of the report page

Function: PrecisionCare has added the ability to multi-select services in the Supported Employment (Intensive/Extended) Billing Report area for the Millin Export

Area: ID Case Records –> Menu -> Billing -> Supported Employment (Intensive/Extended) -> now allows staff to multi-select services to export to Millin
