Provide your building plans to our Engineering Team and they prepare detailed plans for the rafters to be precut to your specifications at our New Bedford, MA manufacturing facility.

If you need framing lumber cut to uniform size, our PET service will save you labor and waste on the jobsite. Imagine the time you'll save over figuring it out yourself on the jobsite and having to cut each I-joist individually. Once you've used our system, you won't want to go back to the old way.

We can precut all types of lumber when bulk quantities are required. Full lifts up to 60 foot lengths can be cut. Materials are cut to your plan specifications to 1 millimeter precision.

CNC Precision Cutting

We cut rafters, truss components, I-Joists, stair stringers, and wall panel components using state-of-the-art equipment. Hundegger is the most versatile CNC automated component saw available.

Precision End Trimming (PET)

HOLTEC Precision Crosscut Systems will cut your lumber with more accuracy and a smoother finish than any other cut-off system available.

Engineered Floor Systems

Going beyond engineered floor joists, our Engineered Floor Systems provide a comprehensive structural plan that meets building codes, with precision end trimming, inkjet labeling and precut mechanical holes — saving time and reducing costs.

Each joist is inkjet labeled and placement plans are included. Precision end trimmed floor I-Joists up to 18 inches depth can be cut on the CNC machine to 1 millimeter precision.
