California Coastal Cleanup Day and the Trashure Hunt can only happen with enormous support from hundreds of community groups, government agencies, and corporate sponsors. The cleanup is a public/private partnership that brings like-minded organizations together to create the state’s largest annual volunteer event. We are so thankful to our corporate partners, who provide the funding, marketing, and publicity capacity to make the cleanup possible.

Thank you for protecting our coast & ocean.

P.S. Didn't make it to a cleanup event on September 20th? Another option is to do a self-guided cleanup using the free Clean Swell App to tally up what you picked up. All cleanups during the month of September that are logged in Clean Swell will count toward the statewide results.
