You will get all info in the confirmation email sent from their system once you register and request the tickets for you and your guests. You will later on, closer to the date of the show get a final confirmation with info on check-in times, where to check in, what to wear and not , etc. The site has not been updated lately, many old contacts and instructions are not current, so follow the simple instructions I have indicated which are the new steps to take and even faster so it won't complicate your process.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FOLLOW:
Please go to www.seatfiller.com which is the site being used by Univision for the ticketing of the awards show in order to provide audiences that would like to attend this event a secured seat. If your age group does not appear within the guidelines, please send us your name, phone and date of birth in an email back and we will submit it separately to them, which they will put on a standby list.
When you go to the site, register and request your tickets.

THIS SITE WORKS BEST WITH GOOGLE CHROME.
After you register, then, just login again on the main home page
or click Home, go to Shows, and request the tickets for the 2013 Premio Lo Nuestro by entering your email address, password, number of guests - which is max 3 people you can add with you, per email, and you must enter their name and date of birth also, so have that on hand. Click send when all names and dates of births are fully entered.
That's all you have to do....don't worry about sending pictures/essay and and other OLD intructions that have not been removed nor updated from the old version of the site.
You will receive two emails, one for your ticket request, and another one later on asking you to reply to your confirmed tickets and if space is still available, chance to add additional guests.
Then, near the date of the event, you will then receive another email, which is the one that has all instructions as to check-in location, time, wardrobe, etc. Print and take with you the date of check in or have it on your phone ready to show if asked. Do not delete that message !
You must have JAVA on your browser so all icons can open correctly so try Internet Explorer, Chrome and Firefox to see which will work for you.
NOTE: These are random free tickets that are floor areas and first upper level seats, wardrobe is upscale, the better dressed you attend, the closer to the front row seats you will be seated at. If you would like to know more about the award show here is their link.
