We all often change our emails. Don't miss out on promotional notifications or important communications from us! Please make sure your email address is up to date. IMPORTANT! THE EMAIL YOU USE FOR YOUR LOGIN IS NOT THE EMAIL WE USE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOU! Also, changing your login information DOES NOT change the email we use to contact you. We actually keep no record of your login information for security purposes. The contact email we use is the email you provided with your INITIAL order.

Log into the Payless Portal using your portal login information
Click the "My Profile" button near the top right
Scroll down to "Update Your Billing Email"
Type in your new email address
Click "Save Billing Email Address"
