Everything is happening at the Healthy Lifestyle Expo presented by VA Runner at the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center on Fri., May 17 (4 to 8 p.m.) and Sat., May 18 (9 a.m.-6 p.m.). Visit VA Runner and other feature booths including Mary Washington Healthcare, Brooks, Navy Federal Credit Union and the NUTmobile.
Bring the e-Card to Packet Pick-up either printed or on your phone screen to the Healthy Lifestyle Expo on a smartphone or printed version. Receive the bib with timing device, competitor shirt and event program. Can't make it? Proxy Pick-up details are on the e-Card. Check your inbox for e-Card emails during May.

Historic Half participants will park in Central Park. Semper 5ive and Devil Dog runners will park near their event start and get shuttled back from the finish. Take time now to understand the transportation plans . Plus there are free downtown shuttles on Saturday during the Expo and Sunday for spectators during the run. 
Bag check for the Historic Half is located in the Expo Center parking lot. Semper 5ive and Devil Dog participants may check bags until 6:30 a.m. near the event start. Use the bag sticker from the back of your bib. Bags will be relocated to the finish line for pick up after a successful run.

Devil Dog Double and Semper 5ive will both start near James Monroe High School at 6:40 a.m. The Historic Half will start at 7 a.m. near Wegmans. Historic Half ceremonies will include a two ship Stearman formation flyover, the Marine Corps Color Guard and the blast of the Howitzer. Devil Dog runners have until 7:35 a.m. to reach the turnaround located at the finish line and begin the 13.1 mile portion.  
Look for the Pohanka Nissan cheer vehicles at the Expo and in the final mile. These vehicles will feature personal shoutouts to Historic Half runners. Maybe you! Runners who find their name on a vehicle should visit the Pohanka expo booth. The vehicles will be on display throughout the Expo and again on event day near the finish line. #PohankaNissanHistoricHalf 


The Pohanka Automotive Group marks its 100 th anniversary and runners can join the celebration. Be one of just 100 runners to register for free for the Pohanka 100 Team to receive special American-themed running shirts and other prizes.
Free shuttles provided by the City of Fredericksburg and Trolley Tours of Fredericksburg will be available for all runners and their families. The shuttles will run from 9:00 a.m. through 9:00 p.m. on Saturday. The shuttles will run to and from the Fredericksburg Expo & Conference Center's main entrance to historic downtown locations including Hurkamp Park, the Visitor Center and Goolricks Pharmacy and old fashioned soda fountain.
Run the Half, Double or 5ive, then sign up for the three other designated MCM Events in 2019 to earn the coveted Distinguished Participant medal. Register for either Run Amuck , Recon Ruck or Belleau Wood 8K in June; the Quantico Tri or 12K in August; and the Turkey Trot in November.




wear blue: run to remember returns to the Historic Half. With the Rappahannock River rushing in the background, carefully selected images of fallen service members and boldly waving American flags will line the edges of the canal path along Old Mill Park. Highlighted as the most patriotic mile on the course, the wear blue Mile will inspire and motivate. wear blue: run to remember is a national nonprofit dedicated to empowering families of the fallen, supporting our military and their families, and remembering the service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice.  
Celebrate the Historic Half at Eden Try Winery. Tickets are available to the Historic Half VIP dinner on Saturday, May 18 from 5:30-9:00 p.m. at this stunning 12-acre estate and private winery in historic Fredericksburg, VA. A limited number of $40 tickets are available for purchase.
Many volunteer positions remain available for Historic Half Weekend. Work alongside the men and women of the Marine Corps and support the runners.

Go fierce or go for fun at the messiest, muddiest event on June 15. Run Amuck features more than 20 wild obstacles, foam zones and mud pits. Earn a finisher coin while getting muddy aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico. 
Over 100 years ago, in battle at Belleau Wood the Marines earned the “Devil Dogs” nickname. Commemoratie the landmark battle and run 4.97 miles through the wooded terrain of Quantico on June 15. All finishers earn a limited edition medal.  
Tackle an 11 mile course aboard Quantico wearing an appropriately weighted pack. Accomplish this endeavor and earn a collectable Velcro patch-an esteemed addition to any backpack. Registration is open now for the June 15 event. 

Swim the Potomac, bike 20K and run 5K across Quantico on August 24 in the Quantico Tri . Great technical shirts and unique finisher medals. 

The right distance at the right time-August 24. The 7.45 mile run offers unique access to the Marine Corps Base on a course through Officer Candidate School. 
The 6.2 mile run starts on the National Mall and finishes at the Marine Corps War Memorial alongside the MCM.  Register for the MCM10K to be held on Sunday, October 27.
