Prepping for the new Academic Year

Sometimes the pace on campus feels a little slower in the summer, but the Provost’s Office has been working on the new academic year and thinking of ways to improve our processes. We gained some interesting insights from the Armstrong Task Force and the Employee Engagement Survey and we look forward to implementing some new ideas in the next year. These changes are being made to make us more efficient and effective. Expect more details in the August Excellence in Action Newsletter.

Even in the middle of July, the new academic year approaches quickly. As you prepare your courses or plan your scholarship for AY23/24, remember that Eagle Nation only soars when we are united in our efforts to provide the best opportunities for growth and success for our students and our colleagues.

In the meantime, I hope everyone is filling their summer with family, friends, and fun experiences that will rejuvenate you as we gear up for Fall 2023. Let’s get this year going on a positive note.
