Dear Crane Creek Country Club Members,
As we approach the end of another remarkable year at Crane Creek Country Club, we extend our sincere gratitude for your continued support and membership. We are again extending an opportunity to prepay your annual dues and receive a 2% prepaid dues credit on your member account.
2025 ANNUAL DUES - Pre-pay by December 31, 2024, and receive a 2% prepaid dues credit.
The Board approved a dues increase to $960 per month for Proprietary and $675 per month for Social Members. Links to the details for each individual membership category are included below.
It should be noted that the ongoing expansion project is funded through past assessments, member initiation fees, and debt. Your monthly dues do not fund the project. They are funding operations throughout the entire club as well as facility upgrades to the clubhouse, pool, tennis, and golf course.
Exciting Changes at Crane Creek in 2025:
We are excited to share that significant improvements are on the horizon at Crane Creek Country Club. The first obvious change from last year will be the opening of the Landing Restaurant, new Fitness Facility, and new Locker Room. As communicated prior to the vote to approve the Landing, the operation of this facility will have additional costs varying from utilities, taxes, supplies for additional use, and staffing. The operation of the Landing has been designed with efficiency in mind, and we are anxious to see the new usage patterns in the coming months as we work to balance availability and service with financial performance.
In 2024, we prioritized enhancing our golf course conditions. This commitment includes increasing staff to perform key maintenance tasks more frequently, such as bunker raking and initiating daily seasonal grooming earlier in the spring. Along with expanding our labor force, we are maintaining a focus on consistent fairway topdressing, as well as ongoing drainage and irrigation improvements. These efforts aim to achieve firmer, greener conditions in the heat of the summer.
The existing facilities will also be getting an upgrade. We will be remodeling the lower level of the clubhouse to build the new Golf Shop and Bag Room and to expand the Kids’ Room. Furthermore, we plan to increase the size of the putting green to improve the practice area and provide space for practice and warmup for the 28,000 rounds of golf we see annually.
In addition to our investments on the course and in the clubhouse, we are excited to announce a planned upgrade to the Tennis Pro Shop. This project will include the installation of new flooring, a redesigned reception desk, and updated furniture, all aimed at enhancing the overall member and guest experience. These improvements reflect our commitment to creating a welcoming and modern space that complements the exceptional service and programs offered by our tennis team. We recognize that our members expect excellence in all aspects of their experience at Crane Creek and we look forward to continuing to enhance the amenities to meet and exceed your expectations.
Expenses have risen across the board in 2024, with increased wages and inflationary pressures impacting the cost of doing business. Despite these challenges, we remain fully committed to enhancing your experience at Crane Creek while diligently managing operational expenses. We strive to maintain a thoughtful balance that covers all expenses, including asset replacement while minimizing the impact on our members.
Payment Details:
Members who choose to pre-pay their 2025 annual dues in full by December 31, 2024, will receive a 2% prepaid dues credit. This is our way of expressing appreciation for your commitment to Crane Creek Country Club.
Please note the following payment details:
- We accept checks, ACH, Visa, or MasterCard for dues prepayments.
- Credit card payments will incur a service fee of 2.5%
- American Express will not be accepted for dues prepayments.
- Prepaid annual dues are non-refundable.
Automatic Bill Pay (ACH):
If you are already enrolled for ACH, please email Savanah at office@cranecreekcc.com to authorize the prepaid dues charge.
If you are not already signed up for ACH, consider enrolling in our automatic bill pay system to have monthly charges withdrawn from your checking account. Simply provide the account information from which you would like your payment drawn to Savanah at office@cranecreekcc.com. Payments will be automatically deducted on the 15th of each month.
