Subject: Preparation for Skål International Annual General Meeting.
Dear Skål USA Presidents,
As you know our Skål International Annual General Meeting (AGA) will be held on December 10, Spain time (December 9, 11PM EST for the USA). If for any reason you cannot attend, please assign a delegate to vote for your club. This is important since your vote really counts. Last year we had 100% participating by our Skål USA clubs and your votes, for the first time, played a major role in the election.
This year for the first time you will have the opportunity to meet the 2022 Skål Candidates. On Wednesday, December 1 at 4PM, EST we will conduct a Zoom session where candidates for President, Vice President, Director and Auditor will tell you who they are and what they plan to do to reinvigorate Skål at the devastating pandemic. After which where will be a chance to ask questions of the candidates. The session is planned for 90 minutes. Please let your members know that the session is for all Skål membership.
Remember we have our own Burcin Turkkan, running for Skål International President and Carlos Banks for Auditor. Let us show them tremendous support.
