Here are a few important steps to take before your arrival:
1. Complete Your Online Profile
All registered attendees are required to complete their online profiles before the conference. This will help ensure your details are accurately reflected on the ASLM2026 platform and enable you to connect with fellow delegates, speakers, exhibitors, and partners.

2. Confirm Your Travel and Visa Arrangements
Check South Africa's visa requirements for your nationality and ensure that you obtain any required visa before travelling. Visa processing may take 10–30 business days, and visas are not issued on arrival.

3. Arrange Your Accommodation and Transportation
ASLM2026 has negotiated discounted accommodation rates with selected hotels near the conference venue. Accommodation should be booked directly with the hotels and is subject to availability.
You can also explore the travel offers available through our airline partners, Ethiopian Airlines and Emirates, as outlined in the information pack.
4. Plan for Onsite Accreditation
Early badge collection is encouraged to help avoid queues and delays:
· 6 December: Sponsors and exhibitors, 12:00–16:00.
· 7 December: All attendee categories, 08:00–16:00.
· 8 December: Badge and collateral collection during the published daily operating hours.
Please bring the identification document used during registration. Your accreditation badge must be worn throughout the conference to access sessions and programme areas.
5. Stay Safe and Informed
The pack also includes practical safety guidance, local transportation tips, emergency contacts, weather information, and other useful details for your stay in Cape Town.
6. Explore & Register for Side Seminars

Additional side seminars will be published as they are confirmed. Please check the registration page regularly for newly added sessions and opportunities to participate.
