PresbyCamp - Day 3
Dear PresbyCamp Families,

PresbyCamp families,

It was a beautiful (and warm!) day for a garden tour and park walk. Our afternoon began with a stop at Bethany House of Hospitality where we were welcome by the Rev. Karen Hernandez-Granzen plus David and Linda Byers of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Trenton. Bethany House is a house of intentional community supported by Westminster Presbyterian Church. They have a commitment to urban gardening, and we had a tasting tour of their beautiful veggie beds. A favorite was the mint! Many of us left with refreshing mint sprigs in our water bottles.

David Byers then led us on a tour of South River Walk Park. David is a landscape architect who helped transform this urban traffic strip into a spectacular walking park that borders the Delaware River. The park illustrates the history of Trenton through the centuries with a unique arch (pics below). Ask your child which was his or her favorite!

Remember that tomorrow is our Pool Day and pick up takes place at 3:30 PM in Hopewell. More info below.
