  • Support the Creation of a Fund for Excluded Workers: For over 300 days, 1.2 million New Yorkers have been facing financial peril, hunger, and pending eviction because they have been excluded from receiving any state unemployment benefit or stimulus relief. Undocumented, recently incarcerated and cash economy workers (day laborers, street vendors, domestic workers and more) are calling for the passage of Senate Bill 4543 / A5421- which would create a Worker Bailout Fund and provide direct cash assistance to their families in need.   • HRPGreen is offering an on-line worship and educational experience—an Environmental Justice Death and Resurrection Tour of Newburgh, NY. Combining liturgy, music, photography, and an online exploration of environmental justice sites premieres Sunday, April 11th at 9 am.   • Time to Have Your Minutes Read  Each congregation is to exchange and read the minutes of another congregation with which they have been paired between now and April 18th. Pastors and Clerks of Session should have received an email detailing how minutes are being read. If your congregation didn’t receive the notice, would you please send an email to susandegeorge@hudrivpres.org for more information.
  • Youth Leaders: We had a fantastic turnout for our Youth Leader Gathering. As requested, there will be a monthly gathering of pastors/volunteers/staff who work with youth in HRP. The next Zoom will be Thursday March 18 at 7. Join us
