New Worshiping Communities Team Event
Dreaming & Discerning
Has God called you to breathe new life into a new community and in a new way? New Worshiping Communities are Spirit-led and initiated when a person hears
God’s Song
in a new key. Could you be that person? The New Worshiping Communities team is creating a confidential space where you can come and explore your call, God’s vision, and our desire to create new expressions of worshiping communities within the presbytery.
If you are interested in exploring a call to become a new worshiping community leader, then join the presbytery’s New Worshiping Communities team for a discerning conversation on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Faith Des Peres Presbyterian Church at 7:00 p.m. Snacks will be provided.
For questions about the gathering and to RSVP by June 15, 2019, please contact Vanessa Hawkins at either (314) 772-2395 (ext. 1982) or

Big Tent 2019
Called To A Movement Beyond Institution
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your minds, so that you may discern what is the will of God – what is good and acceptable and perfect.” Romans 12:2
------------
The goal is to come together and live in this moment, immersed in our current cultural context of racial division, gender inequality, and economic disparity to be renewed, refreshed and reformed, so that we may be sent out to affect change in our own communities. Through worship, Bible study, learning opportunities, and active engagement with one another and the community, come and encounter the Church participating in God’s mission for the transformation of our world.
All are welcome - including children and youth!
