Get your creative juices flowing!

Cards are needed for nursing homes and RCIA candidates!

Nursing Homes:
You and your kiddos can make cards for those who are in nursing homes.  Now more than ever they need cards to cheer them up as most are NOT receiving visitors to help prevent the spread of the virus.  Make a few cards and mail them to a nursing home with a note stating that they can pass them out to their residents.

RCIA candidates:
Create cards for the candidates to let them know that you are praying for them during this time as they prepare to become apart of the Catholic church.  You can mail the cards to the church with a note asking them to distribute to the candidates.

The Lenten Living Tree:  UPDATED

Here's a  link  to a few of the "kid" ornaments on the tree that you are able to do during this extra time at home.

The Lenten Living Tree is an ongoing St. Francis Stewardship Committee project that seeks to offer folks a way to engage with our community.  Everyone from the entire St. Francis family is invited to participate by taking a tag from the tree and complete that which is described on the tag.  The activities on the tags range from praying for someone or for our church, participating by helping in a ministry or becoming a volunteer.  The activities are simple...the reward is great.  This is a beautiful way to commit to being a part of the community.
