What's your Inclusion Policy?

As we all know Preschool Promise classrooms " ...must be inclusive of all children, regardless of ability, family composition, culture, language, or family income." How does your policy and practices communicate this to families? Does your policy focus on "supports to sustain attendance and placement"? Does it detail the protocols that staff will follow to support children's safe participation in your program when they exhibit "persistent and serious challenging behaviors"? Join us this month as we take a deeper dive into what the ELD would like to see in the policies and practice of the classrooms that the grant supports.
