We have a beautiful and special community and volunteer service is a great way to give back and preserve Paradise Valley.
We need people who have values to help our community and make decisions to keep our Town the way our founders created and protected it, including preserving, iconic mountains and open space preserving low density of one house per acre, supporting the desires of our existing residents, and maintaining our Town to avoid encroaching and subdivision type development, identifying ways to reduce traffic congestion and cut through traffic, keeping commercial businesses out of homes in neighborhoods and supporting public safety and education to Residents.
If you are interested in serving on one of many different types of Town committees in our community, please get your application in by Friday, February 3. Applications may be completed and submitted online or submit a resume and cover letter to the Town Clerk's Office (6401 E. Lincoln Drive).
There is a list to read about the different committees our town has and you can learn about them at www.paradisevalleyaz.gov/98/Volunteer-Opportunities.
Feel free to contact the Town Clerk's Office if you would like additional information.
You do not have to decide at this time which committee to serve on, but you can list those you might be interested or you can just apply to the town and offer to serve where needed.
Please help make a difference by stepping up to volunteer. Together, we can continue to preserve the quality of life in Paradise Valley.
