Preserving 208 homes
HDC MidAtlantic recently closed a multi-property redevelopment to rehabilitate and preserve 208 affordable homes. “Affordable housing preservation is priority for us. This redevelopment will ensure over 200 households will continue to have a safe, decent affordable place to call home,” said HDC MidAtlantic President & CEO Dana Hanchin.

Jane, a resident at Sylvan Retreat Apartments in Mountville, Pa., was eager to attend Nutrition Links. While she was looking forward to the taco salad recipe and meal that would be shared, she was most excited about connecting with the class’s instructor, Donna Sullivan.
