Hello,

The next phase of nationals registration, the president's confirmation period is now open until Wednesday, March 15 at 11:59 PM Eastern.

During this time, the club president/coach will do the following:

Review their individual members’ entries
Put together relay entries
View invoices
Enter methods of payment

Presidents/Coaches may alter relay seed times and update individual swimmers’ seed times based on recent meet results. As the meet cap has been reached, swimmers may not be added to the meet roster. Presidents may change a swimmer’s individual event schedule during the confirmation period, the club will be responsible for paying a $100 late entry fee.

Change requests during this period must be sent to both CCS and CCS Nationals. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

USMS/USA Swimming IDs

Swimmers wishing to have their times count for USMS/USA Swimming must provide their USMS ID# or USA Swimming ID. Presidents/team representatives must compile USMS/USA Swimming IDs from swimmers on their team into a single Microsoft Excel file and submit via email to CCS and CCS Nationals by March 17, 2023 at 11:59PM ET.

Final Changes

Clubs who have already reviewed their meet entries will have the option to make final changes to their entries by emailing CCS. Changes can and should primarily be made during the confirmation period but any last-minute changes must be made no later than March 17, 2023 at 11:59PM ET. If any changes are made by a club during this time and the club has not been previously charged the $100 late entry fee, they will be liable to pay the fee. There will be no exceptions to this policy.
