The Summer Concert Series 2022 has launched in Laguna Niguel! These concerts are free to the public and are always a blast! There were so many people out on Friday with picnic baskets and dancing shoes to enjoy the amazing music by Family Style! The next band that will be rocking the house is Electric Vinyl! They will be performing on Friday, June 24th at 6;30 p.m. so don't miss out! The concerts are held outdoors at the Crown Valley Park Amphitheater. Blankets and chairs may be placed out in the amphitheater beginning at 6:00 a.m. on concert days. You can bring low back chairs and blankets however, blankets with plastic backing/tarps will be removed. Pets, roller blades, skateboards, scooters or glass containers are NOT permitted. There will also be food trucks from Ruby's Diner, Fiesta Gourmet and Screamin' Ice Cream at each concert in case you forget to bring a picnic basket filled with your favorite goodies! Be sure to get out and enjoy the free concerts in the park and see the flyer below for upcoming bands and dates!
Please be sure to RSVP by clicking on the appropriate link below to let us know if you will be attending "A Night In Tuscany Transition Dinner" on July 16th at 4:00 p.m. at Mark Montgomery's House! The cost is $50 per person which includes a delicious Italian dinner, dessert, raffle prizes, wine, and more!

Rotarians enjoyed an intimate Fireside Chat and a delicious lunch! Those in attendance were able to discuss future plans with President-Elect Chandra Chell and much more! We are excited for "A Night In Tuscany" for the passing of the crown and to welcome the new board members! President-Elect Chandra has so many amazing projects and plans in the works so please come out to show your support on July 16th at The Montgomery Villa!

Ivy Leeson, Director of Philanthropy for Southern California Opportunity International

Please join us to welcome our newest member and Guest Speaker, Ivy Leeson!
Ivy is joining us as a Past President of Signal Hill Rotary Club! She is currently the Director of Philanthropy for Southern California Opportunity International. She has served in many roles during her career including Resource Developer for Pacific Clinics in Pasadena; Loaned Executive for United Way of Greater Los Angeles in the area of Emerging Markets; Executive Director for Asian Business Association, Los Angeles; President for The California Network, Inglewood specializing in Fundraising for Housing, NeighborWorks Programs, a pilot program; and Vice President of Development for spcLA, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Los Angeles. Ivy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics and Administration from California State University Long Beach and has completed M.A. courses in Strategic Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University.
Ivy currently volunteers her time serving her community through many organizations including Alzheimer's Association, Orange County Chapter; 2010-2011 President of the Rotary Club of Signal Hill; Board of Directors and President of the Signal Hill Chamber of Commerce; Board of Directors and Strategic Planning Council Member for Girl Scouts Council - Spanish Trails in Pomona, and so much more!
