I am honored to serve as your 2022 CREW San Antonio President and I am so proud to be a member of this great organization! We have exciting plans for our chapter this year and I look forward to working with our outstanding Board of Directors and members to achieve our goals.

CREW San Antonio is such a dynamic and thriving organization - each year we raise the bar and build on our previous successes. Thank you to all of our members and sponsors - your support and involvement enables us to carry on our mission to advance, educate and elevate women in the commercial real estate industry.

This year, we look forward to empowering our members by offering diverse educational programs and opportunities to learn from each other through meaningful networking events. Our chapter is also dedicated to supporting the next generation of leaders through scholarships and our UCREW / CREW Careers Programs, and I look forward to continuing that mission in the coming year.

• Programs - Helps secure speakers and generate ideas for monthly programs during the year. Also coordinates the members-only site tours and the Mentoring and Emerging Leaders Programs.

• Sponsorship - Helps with sponsorships and advertising opportunities through One Ask as well as throughout the year as needed; coordinates the annual Sponsorship Appreciation Week.

• Charity and Community Outreach - Helps with the annual charity event (CREWtee-ni) as well as charity drives throughout the year. Examples: UTSA, Girls Inc., Dress for Success, For Her, Wounded Warriors gift cards, etc.

• Special Events - CREW Forum is our signature annual event. This event needs a large team to handle a wide variety of tasks. Committees require various levels of effort and time so there is something for everyone!

• Communications - Streamlines all communication related to CREW programs, special events, and industry news for the website, newsletters, and social media.

• Membership - Helps with retaining and recruiting members throughout the year. Also in charge of new member breakfasts and membership mixers.

• UCREW (University Outreach) - Helps introduce college students to the many diverse opportunities in commercial real estate and plan interactive sessions in the fall and spring.
