Friends,
Yesterday — March 31 — was a special day in so many ways. It was my 58th birthday and, of course, was a blessed Easter Sunday for the entire STAC community. It was also the 5th anniversary of my retirement from a 30-year career in the energy industry to pursue my dream of becoming a College President.
When I reflect back on my prior career, there was one common enabler of my success and fulfillment — “Lifelong Learning.” I started my career exactly one month after graduating college in 1988 and never thought for a moment that I would spend far more time in the classroom after college than I did during my four years as an undergraduate student. I was blessed to achieve three advanced degrees and a professional certification, so I spent the equivalent of another twelve years in college … after college! It was truly Lifelong Learning that enabled me to advance my career and help others in their careers along the way.
STAC Launches “ADVANCE - Certificate and Graduate Programs for Lifelong Learners"
So, today, I am proud to launch our new initiative “ADVANCE - Certificate and Graduate Programs for Lifelong Learners." This exciting lineup of new and refreshed programs will allow our students, alumni, and members of our community to continue their academic journey in an affordable and accessible manner, while positioning themselves for career success. The programs are geared towards working professionals, with flexible online and in-person options, and are led by a highly supportive faculty team who will provide personalized attention to all students in their pursuit of industry-leading credentials. We will be offering 50% tuition discounts on all Certificate programs, and up to a $12,000 GRAD-itude scholarship to alumni who would like to pursue a Master's Degree.

Open to certified teachers, our Education Certificates can be completed online in one year, at a 50% discount with program costs ranging from $7,500 to $11,500. We offer programs in Autism, Literacy, Special Education, and our newest offering, Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL).

5 Years. 2 Degrees.
Our Accelerated Degree Programs offer exceptional students the ability to complete their bachelor’s and master’s in a total of five years (4+1 for traditional students or 2+3 for transfer students who come in with an associate degree). There are five-year program options for our MBA, MPA, MSEd, and MST programs.
Students are eligible to receive up to a $12,000 Alumni GRAD-itude Scholarship to apply to their graduate program in their fifth year.

The St. Thomas Aquinas College alumni community can take advantage of exclusive benefits, including career support, campus access, discounts, educational opportunities, and more.
St. Thomas Aquinas College undergraduate alumni are eligible for up to $12,000 through an Alumni GRAD-itude scholarship. Immediate family members of alumni are also eligible for up to $7,000 through this scholarship.

Employees who work for CEP Partners will benefit from significant tuition discounts:
