A word from Kelli Gunnells, your 2021 BAR President...

With 2021 coming to a close, I wanted to take a moment and say what an honor it has been to serve as your BAR President over the past year. The Birmingham Association of REALTORS® is a fantastic organization, full of intelligent and wonderful members, and I am so thankful for the opportunity to work alongside each of you! Serving as your 2021 BAR President has truly been a highlight of my professional career.

I cannot thank the Board of Directors and BAR Team members enough for their hard work handling challenges we faced throughout the year, and I am extra proud of our successes. Don't worry, I am not going far! 2022 is going to be another great year, and I am looking forward to serving as your Immediate Past President alongside incoming President, Anna-Marie Ellison.

If you ever need anything at all, please don't hesitate to reach out! Finally, I hope you all have a wonderful holiday season, and I will see you next year.
