Southern Themed Foods Sure to Delight

C. Parks Catering has a sumptuous array of southern delicacies planned for our Gala attendees. The evening kicks off with a party from 6-7 p.m. for our Family and Corporate Sponsors. Attendees will enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres and special libations courtesy of ASW Distillery. The Gala opens to all other attendees at 7 p.m. Food stations include shrimp and grits, fried chicken, and other Southern classics. St. Pius X specialty cocktails will be served at bars sponsored by Q Mixers, Blue Ridge Spirits & Wine, and ASW Distillery. The evening concludes with a decadent dessert display.
