I am excited to share with you a progress update regarding the Presidential Search for Idaho State University. First, the State Board of Education has added Dr. Karen Appleby as a new member of the search committee. Dr. Appleby brings a wealth of experience to the committee as a faculty member and academic leader on our campus.
Second, the search committee is currently reviewing and vetting candidates for on-campus interviews that are scheduled to take place in December. An overview of the schedule is listed below. Each candidate will have open forums in Pocatello, Meridian, and Idaho Falls as part of the interview process. Sessions in Pocatello will be live-streamed to the University’s YouTube page. Zoom will not be available for any open forum sessions.
The State Board will invite five finalists to participate in the on-campus interviews. Additional details will be shared with campus as candidates are identified later this month.
