CFVI Board Member Rashida Hodge Joins Board of

Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX)

U.S. Virgin Islands, February 20, 2025  The Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands (CFVI) proudly congratulates Board Member Rashida Hodge on her appointment to the Board of Directors of Regal Rexnord Corporation (NYSE: RRX), a global leader in engineering and manufacturing.

Hodge, a distinguished technology executive and philanthropist, serves as corporate vice president of Azure Data and AI at Microsoft. She brings extensive expertise in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and business strategy. Her leadership in advancing AI solutions and deep understanding of global markets make her a valuable addition to Regal Rexnord’s board as the company continues to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Hodge is deeply committed to philanthropy and education. In December 2024, she established the Rashida A. Hodge Scholarship Fund at CFVI, a $1 million initiative designed to empower the next generation of leaders from the U.S. Virgin Islands. The prestigious fund provides a full undergraduate scholarship covering tuition, housing, and fees at North Carolina State University (NCSU)—her alma mater, where she earned both bachelor's and master's degrees in industrial engineering. This scholarship offers a life-changing opportunity for deserving students from the territory’s public school system.

CFVI President Dee Baecher-Brown praised Hodge’s appointment and contributions, stating, "Her dedication to CFVI, her investment in the future of Virgin Islands students, and her unwavering commitment to innovation are truly inspiring. We know she will bring the same passion and strategic insight to her new role with Regal Rexnord.”

With a distinguished career that includes key leadership roles at IBM and Microsoft, Hodge has been widely recognized for her impact in technology and business. Her appointment to Regal Rexnord’s board further underscores her commitment to driving innovation and fostering diverse perspectives in corporate leadership.

Regal Rexnord Chief Executive Officer, Louis Pinkham, commented, "We're excited for Rashida to join our Board. She brings a wealth of experience as a technology and AI leader and we are confident that her experiences will benefit our Board and company immediately."
