Novi, Mich. - Today, Anthony G. Forlini won the Michigan Republican Convention endorsement for Secretary of State, earning a majority of the over 2,000 delegates gathered in Novi.
“I am humbled by the support of Michigan’s hardworking Republican delegates for this endorsement,” said Forlini. “I congratulate all the candidates in this race for a hard and competitive race. I look forward to working with them in the weeks ahead to build a strong campaign.”
“Now we run hard to win in November,” Forlini continued. “I look forward to talking to all voters throughout the state. I will share the good news of what we have accomplished in Macomb County and how we will improve systems, procedures, and service for all Michiganders when I am elected as the next Secretary of State in November.”
Forlini said the campaign will remain focused on improving customer service, strengthening confidence in Michigan’s election and public service systems, increasing transparency, and offering steady, experienced leadership.
