Mark A. Borenstein Joins Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District Board of Directors  


WORCESTER, MA – The Downtown Worcester Business Improvement District (BID) announces that Mark A. Borenstein, a partner at Prince Lobel Tye LLP, has joined its Board of Directors. With his deep ties to the Worcester community and extensive experience in real estate law, Borenstein’s addition brings a wealth of expertise to the organization, further supporting its mission to foster a thriving downtown district. 


Working in Prince Lobel’s Real Estate Practice Group, Borenstein focuses on complex land use matters, acquisitions, and leasing, with significant experience in the development of commercial, residential, mixed-use, and institutional projects across Central Massachusetts. As a lifelong Worcester resident, Borenstein’s knowledge of the city’s culture, businesses, and local landscape will be an invaluable asset to the BID as it works to enhance the vitality of Downtown Worcester. 


Katelyn O'Brien, Executive Director of the Downtown Worcester BID, shared her enthusiasm about Borenstein’s appointment: “Mark is a respected leader in the legal, real estate, and local business communities, and we are thrilled to have him on our Board.
