Dawson Community College Scholarships 2009-10

Many DCC students benefit from scholarships made available by the Dawson College Foundation. For academic year 2009-10, the Foundation awarded $22,150 in scholarships to students attending DCC.

The Scholarship program draws together many tuition waivers, endowed scholarships, and donations, into a single scholarship application form. Future, Continuing and former DCC students can apply.

Scholarships are forms of aid given on the basis of academic merit. Though scholarships vary quite a bit in terms of criteria, award, and duration, they all share one common factor:

Free money for your education.

Below is a list of students who have received a scholarship award for 2009-10. Those who are interested in applying this year can go to http://www.dawson.edu/future/scholarships. Follow the application packet checklist provided and submit scholarship information before March 15th 2011.

Scholarship information is also available at the DCC college View Day January 31st or March 7th. Sign up for a college View Day at http://www.dawson.edu/future/visit-campus.
