Open Space Land Acquisition and Development (OSLAD) grants are designed to help communities fund land acquisition and development for parks and outdoor recreation projects.

Village of Neponset – received $596,821 for improvements to Scott Park (1.5 acres) including installation of pavilion, restroom, drinking fountain, parking, pickleball court, sidewalk and shelter/bandstand renovations.

Village of Tiskilwa – received $600,000 for improvements to West Park (2.4 acres) including installation of new multi-use court for pickleball, tennis and basketball, fencing, fitness and sensory equipment, picnic tables, benches, parking, lighting in pavilion, and restroom renovations.

City of Marseilles - $600.000
