Elyria Catholic High School is thrilled to announce the commencement of construction on new state-of-the-art bleachers at Dan Reaser Stadium. The new bleachers will enhance the game-day experience for the Elyria Catholic community, providing fans with expanded seating, better sightlines, and enhanced comfort.
Elyria Catholic president Annie Heidersbach expressed her enthusiasm, “the new bleachers will benefit current students and future generations of Panther athletes and fans. The improved seating capacity will allow more people to come and support our teams, creating a more vibrant and energetic atmosphere on game days. The project advances EC’s five-year strategic plan, which includes facility improvements. We are grateful to the Elyria Catholic community for their tremendous support and look forward to a grand celebration in August.”
Jim Piazza, Elyria Catholic Athletic Director, shared his excitement about the project: "Today marks a significant milestone for our school and athletic department. The new bleachers will enhance spectator experience and comfort and demonstrate our commitment to creating an exceptional environment for our student-athletes. We look forward to unveiling this addition to Dan Reaser Stadium."
The new bleachers at Dan Reaser Stadium are scheduled to be completed this spring. For more information about Elyria Catholic High School and updates on the bleacher construction project, please visit elyriacatholic.com/bleacher-construction-2024.
