Study Spotlight: TRANSFORM


Description

This study compares two different strategies for preventing complications related to atherosclerosis in individuals at high ASCVD risk. The usual care treats individuals based on their CV risk factors while the Cleery coronary artery disease (CAD) stage-based care strategy incorporates imaging-based evaluation for coronary atherosclerosis, algorithm-supported pharmacotherapy and personalized education.
