Despite rising laboratory and infrastructure costs, Dairy One has held rates constant for the past six years. To remain competitive in our industry, offer new analytical services, and to ensure we can continue to provide the exceptional customer service experience you’ve come to expect of us, we are implementing a modest rate increase on some packages and services effective March 1, 2019. The new pricing is included in the attachment and will be updated on our website as of Friday, March 1.
We understand the industry continues to be challenging and clients are facing difficulty at all levels. With that in mind, we have not taken this price change lightly. Our goal is to continue to strive for excellence in our analytical services, evolve to meet customer needs now and in to the future, and to offer services with a competitive price structure.
