Pride month is a time to honor and uplift the LGBTQIA+ communities. These communities experience mental health conditions at higher rates than their peers and often face barriers in accessing help. Felton’s programs provide mental health support, education, and a compassionate ear to LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families.

Felton’s Teenage Pregnancy and Parenting (TAPP) program celebrated our most recent graduates from Hilltop High School in San Francisco! The moment was truly inspiring as young mothers who balanced both education and parenthood crossed the stage, hand in hand with or cradling their babies.
Felton’s TAPP program supports young parents under 19 who are navigating the journey of raising children aged 8 and under, offering resources and guidance to help them grow, thrive, and build a strong foundation for their families’ futures.

In recognition of Men’s Mental Health Month, Felton is shining a light on the importance of mental wellness for men across our community. We asked staff to share what helps them feel their best physically, emotionally, and spiritually, as we continue fostering open, supportive conversations around men’s health and well-being.
|
Felton demonstrated Awareness in Action for Mental Health Awareness Month! We walked with purpose at SF NAMIWalks, lit up the Salesforce Tower and our Alameda HQ in green, and welcomed the community into our (re)MIND® locations across the Bay. We took great steps to break the stigma and open conversation, and we’re just getting started. We can’t wait to make an even bigger impact next year!
