Updated Separation Process

To help clarify and simplify the process when an employee separates from Norco a new Separation Request form has been created. Employees are still asked to complete the separation letter (Nor142) and submit it to their leaders, however, leaders will now only need to complete and submit the Separation Request form. The form will route to IT, Compliance and HR simultaneously. No need for multiple emails. A step by step guide to this process as well as the expectations for employees and leaders regarding separations can be found in Sharepoint under the IT request area as well as the ADP home page. A link to the Separation Request form and step by step guide will be shared with managers via email this week.

The August 2022 reports will be available in the Branch Specific Documents Folder on SharePoint today. General documents are in the Monthly Documents Folder. New and updated documents and procedures are in the Updated Documents and Procedures Folder.
